Healthy Banana Bread

They couldn’t believe they were actually healthy! That is my favorite reaction to get when friends, neighbors, and family try out my recipes. If they are astonished by the fact that what I made them is actually GOOD for them, I consider my recipe a success! Hop over to my Cinnamon French Tofu Sticks for the chocolate sauce drizzled on top to add an extra delicious, chocolatey twist. I also added my favorite protein powder, Nature’s Food Organic Protein, to this recipe for the extra protein boost.

She witnessed the power of nutrition firsthand, and by changing her own diet to incorporate more real food, not only did she lose weight, but she was able to think more clearly, have more energy, and live a more vibrant life. She decided the best way to share her own knowledge and passion for nutrition with others was through her blog, VegAnnie.
