Serves: 6-10 (depending on the size of your popsicle molds)
I used these molds Zoku Fish Pop Molds. Love them! They pull out super easy and they come in the shape of a shark, whale, fish, octopus and diver (featured in the picture).
Zoku also makes these popsicles molds with spill guards.
Healthy Popsicles With Cacao Powder
Why Add Cacao Powder?
- Raw cacao is a delicious source of antioxidants, magnesium, iron and fiber

- Helps with cavities… if you can believe it!
- You can purchase Cacao Powder from our Amazon store
It is a strong flavor for me, but when it’s cold, the flavor is very mild. I was worried the first time I made these healthy popsicles, but my twins loved them! And I ate a few too. What a wonderful treat.

Recipe adapted from: Cup Cakes and Kale Chips
- 1 Banana
- 1 -2 Avocados
- 1-2 tbsp Cacao powder
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
In a blender/ food processor combine all ingredients and blend until everything is well combined.
Pour or spoon the mixture into your popsicle molds.
Freeze for at least 6-8 hours (overnight is best) before removing them from the mold.
If your banana is over-ripening, then toss it in. The more ripe a banana is the sweeter the taste.
