Servings: 6 people
Ingredients
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 1 cup whole fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 celery sticks chopped up small
  • 1 lemon squeeze the juice of one small to medium lemon or orange
  • 1 TBSP zest of lemon or orange
  • 2 TBSP dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup Onion red onion or sweet onion
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, add the tuna and break it up with a fork into smaller pieces
  2. Zest lemon and add it to the bowl
  3. Juice one lemon and then
  4. Dice up onion and celery
  5. Mix everything together and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes (this is optional)
  6. Serve.
