There are many things you can do to help solve your child’s eating difficulties. There are also things you can do that can make your kid’s picky eating worse. That’s why I talked to Tammy Bishop, an occupational therapist and feeding specialist. Tammy will give you some great advice on what habits you should avoid when feeding your kid.
Things you shouldn’t do include: feeding on the run and letting your child stand while eating; you want kids to have time to eat and to stay seated.
You’ll learn the importance of mealtime and why grazing is not a good habit.
