An easy Bruschetta recipe you can put on bread, in salads, or eat on its own!
Ingredients
4plum tomatoes
1tbspolive oil
2tspItalian Seasoning
1/4shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Cut up 4 plum tomatoes, add 1 tbsp of olive oil, 2 tsp Italian seasoning, and 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese. mix it together and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes if you can, so the tomatoes absorb the oil and seasoning.
