The Best Banana Bread
This banana bread is heavenly! It is sweet, filling, and packed with fiber and protein.

lemon juice

Preheat oven to 375F and spray 8x8 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Combine chia powder and water in small mixing bowl, and set aside.

Add remaining ingredients to large mixing bowl, and stir to combine.

Add in chia mixture, and stir again.

Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
