This is a must try Roasted Brussels Sprouts recipe! If you're not a Brussels Sprouts fan, then this dish will convert you.
Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees
Slice your Brussels Sprouts in half lengthwise
Add your oil, lemon juice (reserve 1/2 to 1 TBSP for the end), garlic and salt to your bowl with your Brussels Sprouts
Spread your Brussels Sprouts all over the pan
Roast for 26-30 minutes
Grate your parmesan cheese
Remove Brussels Sprouts from pan to your serving bowl, add parmesan cheese, 1 TBSP of lemon juice left over. Taste to see if you need to add a bit more salt/pepper.
