Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Old Fashion Rolled Oats Find your preference. Add or subtract oats until you get the consistency you like best.
  • 3/4 Cup Almond Butter
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 1 Cup Coconut flakes
  • 1/2 Cup Ground Walnuts
  • 1/2 Cup Ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 Cup Cacao Nibs These are nature's chocolate chips.
  • 2 TBSP Baby
  • 1.5 TBSP Brewers Yeast
  • 1 TBSP Chia Seeds Soak these for at least 5 min, 15 min is ideal
  • 1 TSP vanilla
  • 1 TSP salt

Instructions

  1. Throw all the ingredients into a big bowl and mix it all together.
  2. Note: Letting the balls rest allows the chia seeds to soak a little before putting them in the freezer. If you skipped the chia seeds then there is no need to wait before forming them into balls.
  3. Arrange fiber balls on a baking sheet and freeze until set, about 45-60 minutes.
  4. Serve for breakfast, snack or on top of yogurt.
