Ingredients
1CupOld Fashion Rolled OatsFind your preference. Add or subtract oats until you get the consistency you like best.
3/4CupAlmond Butter
1/3CupHoney
1CupCoconut flakes
1/2CupGround Walnuts
1/2CupGround flaxseed
1/2CupCacao NibsThese are nature's chocolate chips.
2TBSPBaby
1.5TBSPBrewers Yeast
1TBSPChia SeedsSoak these for at least 5 min, 15 min is ideal
1TSPvanilla
1TSPsalt
Instructions
Throw all the ingredients into a big bowl and mix it all together.
Note: Letting the balls rest allows the chia seeds to soak a little before putting them in the freezer. If you skipped the chia seeds then there is no need to wait before forming them into balls.
Arrange fiber balls on a baking sheet and freeze until set, about 45-60 minutes.
