Ingredients

  • 1 lb scallops
  • 1 package bacon
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven broil.

  2. Wash and prepare your scallops. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

  3. Cut bacon in half (or thirds if the bacon is really big or your scallops are small)

  4. Wrap each scallop with bacon and secure with a toothpick. You can also do this with larger BBQ skewers and secure multiple scallops at once.

  5. Broil for 10-15 minutes until bacon is cooked through, flipping once in between. You can drain the excess fat from the bacon on a paper towel afterward. Serve and enjoy!
