Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Parmesan Cheese and Garlic

  • 1 Ib Brussels Spouts halved
  • 1/3 cup Freshly grated parmesan
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice Juice from one lemon
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Avocado oil or oil of your choice


  1. Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees

  2. Slice your Brussels Sprouts in half lengthwise

  3. Add your oil, lemon juice (reserve 1/2 to 1 TBSP for the end), garlic and salt to your bowl with your Brussels Sprouts

  4. Spread your Brussels Sprouts all over the pan

  5. Roast for 26-30 minutes

  6. Grate your parmesan cheese 

  7. Remove Brussels Sprouts from pan to your serving bowl, add parmesan cheese, 1 TBSP of lemon juice left over. Taste to see if you need to add a bit more salt/pepper.
