Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels Sprouts halved lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp Avocado oil or oil of your choice
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Salt to taste, so you can always add more later
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Halve Brussels sprouts*.

  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with 2 TBSP oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place everything on your roasting pan for 25-30 minutes

  4. Once roasted to perfection, take them out and place in a bowl, add honey and balsamic. Mix to coat evenly and serve.

  5. *Sometimes you'll get large Brussels sprouts along with small ones. Cut your larger ones into quarters so they can all cook more evenly.
