1 1/2cupsOat flour
1/2cupFlaxseed (ground)
1 1/2tspbaking soda
1/2tspsalt
2eggsEggslightly beaten
5ripe bananas, mashed
1/2cupdates and figs, blendedyou can use all dates or figs depending on what you have on hand

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease 9 x 5 pan.
Combine oat flour, flaxseeds, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl and set aside.
Lightly beat the eggs and ass in the mashed banana, yogurt, maple syrup, date/fig mixture and mix together until fully combined.
Add chia seeds to wet ingredients and mix well.
