Recipe: Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

You can’t go wrong with this super easy recipe! Just slice up your bacon and Brussels Sprouts and roast for 26-30 minutes at 400 degrees. It takes about 5 minutes to prep this awesome side dish. You can roast a few pounds at once and eat it throughout the week.

If you’re not a huge vegetable fan, then here is a great tip, roast your veggies! Roasting brings out the sweetness in veggies and makes them delicious. The more veggies you eat, the more you’ll start craving them. I think this recipe will convert even the toughest of veggie critics.

Here is another tip, try not to buy Brussels Sprouts still on the stem. They are gorgeous to look at and a huge pain to cut off the stem! Let’s just say I made this mistake once.
