Serves: 6-10 (depending on the size of your popsicle molds)

I used these molds Zoku Fish Pop Molds. Love them! They pull out super easy and they come in the shape of a shark, whale, fish, octopus and diver (featured in the picture).

Zoku also makes these popsicles molds with spill guards.

Healthy Popsicles With Cacao Powder

Why Add Cacao Powder?

  • Raw cacao is a delicious source of antioxidants, magnesium, iron and fiber
  • Cacao powder is a healthier alternative with all the chocolate taste, but without the sugar and processing
  • Helps with cavities… if you can believe it!
  • You can purchase Cacao Powder from our Amazon store

It is a strong flavor for me, but when it’s cold, the flavor is very mild. I was worried the first time I made these healthy popsicles, but my twins loved them! And I ate a few too. What a wonderful treat.

If your banana is over-ripening, then toss it in. The more ripe a banana is the sweeter the taste.
