Your children don’t have to be picky eaters. There are plenty of ways to fix eating habits. That’s why I talked to Tammy Bishop, an occupational therapist and feeding specialist.
I’m excited to have her here with us today! She will be able to answer some great questions that we usually get about health, nutrition and how best to deal with picky eating in kids.
In this part (part 2 on 3) we will focus on pre-made baby food, introducing foods, and how to make mealtime less stressful and more fun.
