Andy De Santis is a Registered Dietitian and Nutrition blogger from Toronto, Canada. Andy also holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health Nutrition from the University of Toronto and worked previously at the Canadian Diabetes Association before starting his own private practice. Andy loves helping others reach a better state of health through improving their dietary patterns. Whether achieved through 1-on-1 consultation in his office, or via online content which reaches a much broader audience, he finds no greater satisfaction than contributing to the health and wellbeing of others. Although he does not have kids of his own just yet, he comes from a large family with several young cousins between the ages of 1-20, so he is well aware of the all of the challenges associated with encouraging kids to eat well.
