This Russian potato salad has all the flavors of classic potato salad but with a twist. Olivie also has apples, sweet peas, and sliced turkey. It’s savory, a little sweet, and absolutely delicious.
My Family Loves this Russian Potato Salad
I love making this Russian potato salad for my family. My twins love the colors from all the different ingredients, especially the peas. Everyone else loves all the flavors the ingredients give when combined. You wouldn’t think so add in all these yummy ingredients in regular potato salad!
If you’re looking to switch up your normal potato salad, this one is perfect. It’s different but so satisfying.
This potato salad would go well with any grilled items or even some burgers. Try it out! It might become your go-to potato salad recipe.
This is my version of the quintessential potato salad with classic Russian flavors.
