Healthy, Guilt-Free Banana Bread

The great thing about this recipe is that you can eat it guilt-free! You can serve it as a breakfast on-the-go or serve it up as a dessert.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups Oat flour
  • 1/2 cup Flaxseed (ground)
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs Eggs lightly beaten
  • 5 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup dates and figs, blended you can use all dates or figs depending on what you have on hand
  • 3 tbsp chia seed
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease 9 x 5 pan.
  2. Combine oat flour, flaxseeds, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl and set aside.
  3. Lightly beat the eggs and ass in the mashed banana, yogurt, maple syrup, date/fig mixture and mix together until fully combined.
  4. Add chia seeds to wet ingredients and mix well.
  5. Add chia seeds to wet ingredients and mix well.
  6. Pour batter into pan and spread evenly. Banke for 30-35 minutes. Let cool for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
